Hakadal Sled-dog Club´s Annual Symposium at Harestua,
September 5th and 6th, 2009
Where: Harestua Elementary School, approximately 40 km north of Oslo.
We will put up signs from the main road between Oslo and Gjøvik
(highway 4), exit Harestua. All local trains between Oslo and Jaren stop at Furumo station which is in walking distance to the school. From Oslo Airport Gardermoen the best route is to take the train to Oslo, and then change to the train going to Furumo. Check the web site for Oslo Public Transport Company, www.trafikanten.no for train schedule.
Symposium ticket fares:
both days: NOK 500.- (NOK 600.- after august 28th)
one day: NOK 350.- (NOK 400.- after august 28th)
Participants aged 14 to 18 years pay half price.
NB! Tickets are not refundable!
Equipment and food products:
Leading agents for dog food and equipment will present their products on our exhibition fare, offering you a unique possibility to check out the latest news.
Food and equipment agents interested in hiring a stand, please contact Katja for details (registration and fees). No promotion / sale of services or new products permitted without prior permission!
Nonetheless, if you wish to sell/give away private second-hand equipment such as used sleds, dog cars, training vehicles etc. please feel free do so.
Café:
During the breaks, there will be non-alcoholic beverages, sandwiches,
cookies, sausages etc. for sale.
NB! Cash payment only, everywhere and at all times during the whole symposium!

Participants have to organize and pay for accommodation on their own.
Breakfast is available on Sunday, prior booking required.
